    Clarification Text Under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

    As Sentaş Mermer Madencilik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Company"), acting as the data controller, we attach utmost importance to the security and privacy of your personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and relevant legislation.

    1. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

    Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing the products and services offered through our website, evaluating your quotation and sample requests, carrying out customer relationship management processes, and fulfilling legal obligations.

    2. Your Rights as a Data Subject

    Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the rights to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if it has been processed, learn whether it is used in compliance with the purpose of processing, and request its deletion.
